Deliveries, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Products are shipped with Yodel for UK deliveries and UPS for international. Please allow for 5-10 working days for delivery. Make No apologies will refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 Days of receipt.

All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Please note that all sales of Sale items (those displaying a reduced price) are final. No exchange, credit note or refund will be offered.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you.

All garments returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Please return items to:

Please ensure your shipping information is correct as we cannot take responsibility for items lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

We recommend you obtain proof of postage as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind, you might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery, but we regret we cannot refund this charge.
